About LASS
Ladies Aspire 2 Seek Success CIC brings women together to connect, share experiences and support one another in moving forward.
We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to build confidence, explore her potential and take positive steps towards her future.
Why LASS Began
LASS was founded by Angela after her own experiences of facing challenges around confidence, employment and finances, and feeling unsupported.
She recognised that many other women were going through similar struggles, often in silence. She wanted to create a community where women could speak openly, find encouragement and discover that they didn’t have to face everything alone.
That idea became LASS.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked in recruitment, helping people step into new opportunities and build better futures.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges women can face when trying to move forward. Struggles with mental health, a lack of confidence, limited opportunities and personal circumstances can make the next step feel overwhelming.
I’ve also seen so much potential in women who simply needed the right support, encouragement and guidance to thrive.

As a mother of two daughters, I want to help create a world where women feel empowered, capable and supported in both their personal and professional lives.
LASS brings together my experience in recruitment and my desire to make a meaningful difference. Through confidence building, practical support, skills development and a strong community network, I want to help women recognise what they’re capable of and explore what comes next.
